"meditation is for relaxation and to zen out"...

NO

Meditation is a tool, like a hammer;

You can put nails into a wall, build a desk, or bash in your neighbor's windows.

It's multi-functional.

I started meditation 7 years ago, aiming to downregulate some ADHD symptoms I had dealt with since grade school. I was inches away from Adderall, but out of desperation (and a wise mother), I tried other avenues first.

I tried meditation on and off for the first couple of years, not committing to anything.
But after starting my own business, I came to terms with just how terrible my focus was.
"They call me sabodage. self-sabotage"

not to mention I was almost fired from a consulting job because of my error rate

and "inability to Lock In."

The sucky part? I was REALLY trying.

Using planners, to-do lists, productivity hacks, all of it.

But physically, it was like my body and mind were on its own movie set, playing the same scenes every day, as the motions took me.

Then I "discovered" mindfulness.

I became so desperate to calm my thoughts, reactions, and focus that I committed to just 5 minutes a day for 30 days to give it a real chance. It was either this or pills.

And this is where everything started to turn for me.
Gradually, then noticably, then exponentially.

You see, I was seeking meditation for mental performance.

I didn't care to zen out per se, although many tranquil benefits came along

(some I can't articulate)

I wanted to get more out of my days.

I wanted to be able to sit still.
I wanted to be able to do deep work on command.

I wanted to excel.

I wanted to forge discipline.

These were my only motivations.

And they worked.

I went from a scattered, always late, always doing the least amount needed mindf**ked yet ambitious person to a focused executer.

Unfortunately, a lot of social media people who talk about meditation also rub crystals together and dont shower.

And honestly, it's a bummer, as I wish there were more "practical" explanations behind the neuroscience and methodologies for my logical brain to understand when just getting started, as I would've committed sooner.

And so here I am.
Im filling the void for that version of myself.

If you've read this far, you probably can relate to a bit of this and have tried some meditation or are currently practicing but want more effectiveness out of your practices.

I intend to help you develop the tools and skillset to get there.

Ive learned the hard way that there's a path.

The better you know the path (or manual) the easier it is to use to tool.

This isn't philosophical, it's practical and scientific.

That's how I learn best, and maybe you'll appreciate that too.

Download the guide and get after it.
